- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 calendar days from the purchase date
- Items must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, or damage, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Beauty category products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- This policy only applies to purchases made through our website, mobile app, and Buttonscarves stores.
- Each product may only be exchanged once.
- Return or exchange requests must include clear supporting evidence. Please record an unboxing video and take photos before opening your package.
