Buttonscarves ships nationwide and worldwide. Delivery may take approximately 1–2 working days for domestic orders and 3–8 working days for international orders, depending on the destination and courier service.

Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 calendar days from the purchase date
2. Items must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, or damage, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
3. Beauty category products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
4. This policy only applies to purchases made through our website, mobile app, and Buttonscarves stores.
5. Each product may only be exchanged once.
6. Return or exchange requests must include clear supporting evidence. Please record an unboxing video and take photos before opening your package.

For International Orders

• If the item is defective, missing, or incorrect, Buttonscarves will cover the shipping and customs costs.
• If the return or exchange is requested by the customer, all shipping and customs costs will be borne by the customer.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, or damage, in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
